CoParenting Facilitation Info

firefoxCoParenting Facilitation
Sometimes families reach bumps in the road where they are unable to resolve a co-parenting situation. Co-Parenting facilitation allows the parents to meet with a professional, share their concerns and develop a new plan of action. Unlike in mediation, the divorce coach is able to provide recommendations and relevant information regarding the best interest of children, or special considerations for children being raised between two homes. Having a well designed co-parenting plan that outlines current and future details regarding how you are going to raise your child between two homes can greatly reduce complications and conflicts.

When co-parenting plans are no longer working for families, one or both parents usually seek the support of a co-parenting facilitator, or these services may be suggested by an agreement between both party’s and their attorneys.

INDIVIDUAL CO-PARENTING FACILITATION
Agree to Agree Divorce offers individual co-parenting coaching. A divorce coach will contact you to discuss your concerns. We can help you to recognize behaviors that may cause more conflict or make life more difficult for children growing up between two homes. Our goal is to replace unwanted behaviors with those that encourage more favorable transitions for your children. Even if the other parent will not participate in co-parenting facilitation, individual co-parenting facilitation will help you do what you can to help your children live more harmoniously between two households.

JOINT CO-PARENTING FACILITATION
Sometimes families reach impasses that prevent them from resolving co-parenting challenges. Our divorce coaches will provide a respectful environment for both parents to share their concerns and develop a written plan of action. We can provide recommendations to assist in the formulation of a plan in the best interest of children. We work with both parents and/or with each family and both of their attorneys in order to facilitate an appropriate plan for your children’s transition between two homes.

We offer our services in a telecoaching format.  Meaning we arrange for times to speak with parents over the phone individually or together.  Our goal is to reach a fair and agreeable co-parenting plan so that you can raise your children in two homes while keeping the conflict and distress levels low.
Each parent will need to fill out an Intake Form and submit fees before services are rendered.
